Capitan Marbur has the highest concentration of hops of all our beers. High in alcohol and very dry, it is characterised by the use of hops from all over the world, resulting in an explosive bouquet of aromas. So our IPA releases notes of tropical fruits, citrus and mango. In the mouth it is decidedly bitter and dry, thanks to the generous use of hops, and extremely persistent. The colour is deep gold/orange, due to the malt which helps to tone down the bitterness of the hops, giving the beer slight hints of bread crust and biscuit.
